Downtown West Palm Beach Image Advertising

The Clematis St. District in Downtown West Palm Beach faced the challenge of marketing itself while the area was in a state of transition. We couldn't point to a full spectrum of retail and restaurants that were ready and waiting for customers, so we focused on the inimitable, authentic downtown experience the district offers. The GET YOUR GROOVE BACK campaign features eight real people identified with their city of residence. The idea behind that strategy was to demonstrate that residents of Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Palm Beach Gardens, Boynton Beach, Royal Palm Beach and Wellington --- the primary market area --- come to the Clematis District to reconnect with their sense of fun in a hip, urban environment.
